Swedish
This is a classic form of Western massage known for its use of long strokes, kneading, friction and stretching to reduce stress and relax muscles. Neuromuscular/Deep Tissue (Muscle and Nerve)

Ana is a graduate of The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy where she studied the understanding of the human body through 2200 hours of training in various courses such as anatomy, neurology, pathology, and kinesiology as well as over 170 hours of practical clinical massage, pregnancy massage, sports massage training.
Ana has taken numerous classes at the The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and specializes in Swedish Massage Therapy and Treatment. She is a registered member of The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Appointments
We recommend that you book appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time for your massage. We require cash, cheque (after your massage) or you may pay online using your credit card via using our gift certificate option (before treatment), and then simply book to reserve the appointment.
Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 18 years of age. Youngsters require parent or guardian written consent and verbal approval.
